  Safari in Kenya with Julius Junior - always again! - We made a 6 nights safari with Julius. Tsavo East / West and Amboseli. He picked us up always in time. We started at Mombasa International Airport and took the... read more highway to Tsavo East. Julius drove very safe and we never had an unsafe feeling, which could happen if you are used to European traffic ;). In the parks Julius always tried to show us as many animals as possible and to get a good spot to observe and photograph them. Also he is very experienced in the Kenyan wildlife, and always knew interesting facts about the animals and the nature. Apart from the safari, Julius was very eager to make our stay as good as it can be. Even when we needed medicine for one of us he tried everything to get it, which was not an easy task in the middle of nowhere. But in the end he organized us a doctor, which helped us. Next to English, Julius also speaks very good German. He is very family friendly and open minded. Finally, after our 7 days with him we felt a bit sad that we had to leave him, because we now saw him more as a friend than a guide who was only doing his job. If we ever should come to Kenia again and do a safari, we hope to do so with our Julius.
